The owner Teodoro Luciano Amadori travelled around Italy and worked for the first Italian chain of fine catering El Toulà, and for the Ciga Hotels group in Costa Smeralda. On April 1st 1994, he found La Perla, reference point for food and wine of the Sardinian Eastern Coast.
