La Perla restaurant is like a cherished and shining stone set in the beautiful green Sardinian countryside, one km away from the Budoni's sea.


The owner Teodoro Luciano Amadori travelled around Italy and worked for the first Italian chain of fine catering El Toulà, and for the Ciga Hotels group in Costa Smeralda. On April 1st 1994, he found La Perla, reference point for food and wine of the Sardinian Eastern Coast.


'The name of my restaurant is a tribute to a magnificent place where I spent many years working in gourmet cuisine and catering: Cortina d'Ampezzo, the pearl of the Dolomites.'
