Pizzeria with wood-burning oven in Budoni
At La perla you can also try pizza, one of the most famous dishes from the Italian cuisine. We prepare pizza exclusively in a wood-burning oven and we serve it with selected ingredients, combined with a wide range of Sardinian craft beers.
The pizzeria offers different pizzas, from the most classic and simple ones, with high quality raw materials, to more particular variations of flavors.
An example? Our Estate pizza: mozzarella, zucchini blossoms, cherry tomatoes and Cabras mullet bottarga.
The pizzeria boasts the use of a pizza dough made with fine flours subjected to a long natural leavening process of about 72 hours.
