La Perla specializes in dishes based on fresh fish, carefully selected from the daily catch from the clear Sardinian waters. 

The Restaurant offers also a rich menu with traditional dishes from the Sardinian cuisine: from appetizers to homemade desserts. Authentic flavours of the Island, combined with a selection of local and national wines.

Each dish is characterized by selected ingredients prepared according to traditional recipes and combined together by our chef's creativity.

One dish close to our hearts is the 'La Perla' appetizer, with different tastings of seafood, including seafood salad, shrimp tails with vegetables, tuna carpaccio, Catalana monkfish and other treats. An appetizer that is at once simple and surprising.

Among our first seafood dishes there is our seafood spaghetti or seafood fregola, among second dishes we recommend grilled prawns or mixed grilled seafood with the catch of the day. By making reservation, you can also taste the Catalana lobster and prime seafood cruditès.
